Frequently Asked Questions
Got a question? Here are answers to some of the most common inquiries about Couleur Aube and my handmade linoprints.
What is a linoprint?
A linoprint (or linocut) is a type of relief printmaking where a design is hand-carved into a linoleum block, inked, and then pressed onto paper. Each print is made individually, making every piece unique!
Are your linoprints handmade?
Yes! Every linoprint is hand-carved, inked, and printed using traditional techniques. No two prints are exactly the same, which adds to their charm and authenticity.
Can I order a custom linoprint?
Yes, I accept custom orders! If you’re looking for a personalized design, reach out to me at marion@couleur-aube.com with your request, and I’ll be happy to discuss your vision.
What are the shipping fees & delivery times?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. I typically ship orders within 2-5 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
U.S. Orders: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days, but customs processing may cause occasional delays.

What type of paper do you use for your linoprints?
I use high-quality, acid-free paper to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of each print.
How should I care for my linoprint?
To keep your linoprint in perfect condition:
- Frame it under glass to protect it from dust and handling.
- Keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Avoid moisture and humid environments to preserve the paper quality.
Do you restock sold-out prints?
Most of my prints are limited editions, so once they sell out, they won’t be restocked. However, I regularly release new designs, sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know!
I have another question! How can I contact you?
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you have any issue, please email me at marion@couleur-aube.com, and I’ll do my best to resolve it. You can find more details in my Return Policy.
