Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• No restocking fees will be applied.
• Final sale items are no longer applicable, every item is eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at marion@couleur-aube.com with your order number and reason for return. The item(s) must be returned in their original, resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that our products are free of defects. However, as all our artworks are handmade, minor variations may occur. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and images of the issue so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.
