This handmade monochrome linoprint features the Chrysler Building, one of my favorite silhouettes in New York. Its Art Deco lines rise above the city with grace and sharp beauty.
Part of the Book Series, this piece is printed on a vintage page from The Great Gatsby. The mix of architecture and story gives the print a timeless, layered feel.

The printmaking process
This linoprint is created through a meticulous three-step handmade process:
- Sketching: Each illustration starts as a hand-drawn design
- Engraving: The image is carefully carved into a linoleum plate
- Printing: Ink is applied, and the design is hand-pressed onto paper
Because of this handmade process, slight variations and ink marks on the back of the paper are normal, making every piece one of a kind.
